The Parish Council are still working on a suitable solution. A draft Memorandum of Undersatanding has been sent to the school for their consideration. 

School Governors have also been invited to a meeting in March to discuss the agreement and move things forward. 

Evidence is being gathered as part of a Section 14 application, showing that the path through the grounds has been in use for over 20 years. 

Once the information has been gathered it will put forward to DCC to consider if a right of way can be established through the school grounds.
